The Media & Titanic Sinking

The media has not changed any better since the Titanic sinking. Youtubers are also creating sensationalism to generate their revenue from Alphabet. In a country where the punishments are very mild and have a corrupt justice system, it gives them a prosperous environment. The irresponsible media is the curse of humanity.

Titanic News

At the time of the disaster, in order to maintain calm, the media played tricks to fool the people not because they did not know the truth but deliberately. That false hope will not last long, and truth prevails in the end.

The media from the London market reported:
“Titanic Sunk. No Lives Lost.”
“Titanic sinking; No lives lost”
“The Titanic Sinking. No Danger of Loss of Life”
Now we know how funny was the way they reported it!

When the Titanic sank on April 15, 1812, at 2:20 a.m. on her maiden voyage from Southampton UK to New York City US, all the newspapers including the three top newspapers reported that no lives were lost. That false news might bring consolation to so many relatives and business partners of the passengers and the investors of the ship. How long did that false news prevail?

Today, it is the same case when the pandemic brought down every kingdom across the globe to its knees. They underestimated the dangerous SARS-CoV-2 and thought they were all invincible. Now they are all blaming each other when their ignorances were exposed at the cost of 177,200 precious lives, as of now and counting. Now, we are all hesitant to be free, but hiding and taking safety measures with primitive methods of physical distancing.

News agencies will not cover up a news after veryifying the truth, facts, and figures. They script much news or fabricating it. The want to create sensationalism and hype for generating their revenue. Every media has its agenda. Tomorrow when the truth comes out, you will be ashamed! However, many of them live off of their treacheries for ages!

Look at the image: This is the way so many top news agencies reported when the Titanic sank in the Atlantic. How different is that practice today when reporting the pandemic cases and death toll?
